Linear Fluorescent Light Fixtures Linear fluorescent fixtures use bulbs that convert electrical power into useful light more efficiently than an incandescent lamp. Compared with incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps use less power for the same amount of light and generally last longer. Many of our fixtures are rated for wet locations.

Linear Fluorescent Light Fixture Wattages and Recommendations
There are a number of different wattages available for the linear fluorescent lighting fixtures. T5 aquaguard washdown fixture fluorescent sign lights work best with 35 watt linear fluorescent lamps or 54 watt linear fluorescent lamps. T8 aquaguard washdown fixture fluorescent sign lights are most compatible with 36 watt linear fluorescent lamps. T12 aquaguard washdown fixture fluorescent sign lights work most efficiently with 40 watt linear fluorescent lamps or 60 watt linear fluorescent lamps. T5 fluorescent lighting fixtures are compatible with 28 watt linear fluorescent lamps or 54 watt linear fluorescent lamps. T8 fluorescent lighting fixtures work with 17 watt linear fluorescent lamps, 25 watt linear fluorescent lamps, 32 watt linear fluorescent lamps or 54 watt linear fluorescent lamps. T12 fluorescent lighting fixtures work best with 55 watt linear fluorescent lamps.
