The Ivy Corset Building in Worcester, MA, home to Access Fixtures has recently undergone major renovations including a new LED retrofit!
The renovations to this historic Worcester building are incredible. The interior space is hardly recognizable from the days when it was a corset factory. One of the most noticeable changes to the exterior space are the LED wallpacks lining the street front side of the building, and the brand new patio space out back.
Wall packs have lined the exterior of this building for many years. Now, after the renovations, the wall packs have been retrofitted with LEDs! It is an extremely simple retrofit. You can either wire around the ballasts that are already in place, or just discard the existing electrical equipment inside, and replace it with the LED retrofit system.
