Access Fixtures, a leader in commercial and industrial LED lighting, proudly announces the launch of the STAD series, setting a new benchmark as the ultimate LED replacement for Metal Halide sports lights. Specifically designed to replace 1000w and 1500w Metal Halide fixtures, the STAD series combines superior lighting performance, energy efficiency, and durability, making it the ideal choice for modern sports venues.
The STAD LED sports lights are available in two models: 570 watts and 850 watts. The 570w model offers optical distribution options of 20, 30, 40, and 50 degrees, while the 850w model includes options of 20, 50, and 100 degrees. This range of distribution angles ensures precise and uniform light coverage, tailored to various sports like baseball, soccer, football, and lacrosse, ensuring that every part of the field is perfectly illuminated. These features make the STAD series the best LED replacement for Metal Halide in large-field sports applications.
“The STAD range is the ideal fixture to modernize and improve the lighting experience of any sports venue,” said Access Fixtures CEO Steven Rothschild. “By utilizing the latest generation of LED technologies, STADs provide greater efficiency and longevity than their alternative, non-LED competition.”
Standing out for its impressive performance metrics, the 570w model delivers up to 160 lumens per watt, producing over 90,000 lumens, while the 850w model achieves up to 171 lumens per watt, emitting over 140,000 lumens. These high-efficiency ratings not only enhance lighting quality but also significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs, solidifying the STAD as an excellent LED replacement for Metal Halide fixtures.
Built with heavy-duty die-cast aluminum housing and cooling fins, the STAD series ensures maximum heat dissipation, enabling reliable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°F to 122°F. This robust construction makes STAD lights a durable, low-maintenance solution, ideal for both indoor and outdoor sports lighting.
